|Affiliation|| Nine Number Group|
Zero Zero Organization
|Anime debut||Episode 8 - Calendar of the Past|
Judy Moore, known as 009-2, is a minor character in 009-1. She is part of the Nine Number Group, and exclusive to the anime adaptation. She is modeled after Jet Link/002 from Cyborg 009.
While she never got to speak or have a significant role, she was profiled in a booklet that came with the sixth DVD release, which briefly noted her origin and powers.
She is a reconnaissance cyborg with the ability of flight (via a pair of thrusters embedded in her back), although this is never showcased in the actual series.
Judy is one of the shorter women on the team, with light brown skin and wild, deep blue hair with portions of it spiked up in the back.
In the flashback in episode 8, she is shown wearing the standard Nine Number Group uniform of that period, a blue jumpsuit with yellow gloves and trim, with a white scarf around the neck. In the TV broadcast, this jumpsuit was originally yellow, and the scarf was orange. Judy's hair had also been colored black.
Judy is a former North American delinquent girl bearing a criminal record. Though she belonged to an extremist right-wing group, she accepted the offer to become part of the Zero Zero Organization.
Judy appears in two brief, non-speaking cameos throughout the series, first in episode 8 and then in episode 12, investigating with Berta (009-4).
- Judy's name is an amalgam of two James Bond actors, Judi Dench who played M in the modern Bond films until Skyfall and Roger Moore, the third actor to portray James Bond.
